Desired meaningful data and reports, a need to lower agency/overtime usage through resource sharing and deployment of right resources where needed with predictive capabilities.
Implemented our Lean OR Process and advanced OR workforce analytic and scheduling solution Einstein II to automate the complex scheduling processes. Improved analytics to understand on call and late-shift usage which often translated into premium overtime. Trend reporting and forecasts on LOAs, open positions, float pool availability and staff utilization facilitated workforce planning for short term (seasonal trends) and long term (recruitment strategy).
